Helena helps new clients who are ready to start the home buying process by ensuring they are scheduled for a consultation with me. She will set you up for a great first appointment by making sure you have your online application started before our scheduled appointment and sends a list of documentation needed for the loan file. She will also communicate with your realtor letting them know that their customer is making the first step in getting approved.
Tammy Archibald, Loan Officer Assistant
Tammy helps me communicate with you between the time when you are preapproved and before you go under contract. While you are actively looking at homes, you may need to provide updated documents throughout the home search. Tammy will help make sure that your credit, income and assets documentation is up to date. This helps decrease the stress of the process by ensuring that documentation is updated prior to having an accepted offer on a home. You won’t have to stress about your documentation, because we will ensure that we have the newest, and best information possible.
Anne Silva & Caroline Fissel, Loan Partners
Anne and Caroline will assist you once you are under contract. From contract to closing, they are in constant communication with you, your realtor, the title companies and insurance companies. They are also the “liaison” between you and the underwriter. Once the loan application has been reviewed by the underwriter, the loan partner will be communicating with you to ensure that any additional requirements for the loan are taken care of to close the loan.
