The Process
As with any new home buyer, it is important to get pre-approved for your loan. This allows you to start gathering your paperwork earlier, taking stress off of you later during the process. This will also confirm the price range of homes that you will be able to look at.
After being pre-approved, it is time to start looking for your future vacation home. To do this, you will need a trusted realtor as they will get you in to see these homes either in-person or virtually.
Once you find that dream home and your realtor finalizes the purchase agreement, they will begin sharing that paperwork with your lender to finalize the sale and close on the home.
During this process, it is easiest to have all documentation prepared digitally so that it can be uploaded to our secure system. However, we understand that this is not always possible. The other options are that . . .

Closing
